  Decree the Fifth: Third-party software

This includes but is not limited to organizing multiple kingdoms in attack against another kingdom, forming agreements between kingdoms not to attack eachother, and sharing spy information with players outside his or her kingdom.   Articles

  Article the First: Detection
Some violations of Dystopian law are detected by automated processes. Others are detected by game administrators/moderators, who may be alerted to them by players. In no case shall an administrator/moderator assume a player's guilt based solely on the word of other players.

  Article the Second: Penalty
Regardless of the crime, the penalty is death. Any accounts associated with the guilty party will be immediately removed from the game, without recourse.

  Article the Third: Reserved rights
Any account may be removed from the game at any time deemed appropriate by game administrators, regardless of whether or not a violation of Dystopian law has occured.

  Article the Fourth: Loopholes
In the rare situation of the current rules not covering the issue at hand individual judgement may be made by an ingame administrator or moderator. This judgement may be made in advance or in retrospect.
