| It is never necessary to email us. Any enquiries may be made via the forums or inbuilt messengers. Remember that we are not interested in spam or site redesigns, deletions are not reversible and new rounds will start when they are ready. Furthermore, please do not ask about becoming an ingame administrator/moderator - by doing so you are only ruining your chances. |

Provided that your question is not of a personal nature the forum is an ideal place for queries. Simply post in the relevant forum section (eg. Bugs if you believe a bug is involved) and either a player or an ingame administrator/moderator will respond as soon as they can.

| Messengers |
Ingame administrators show as green on kingdoms and leaderboard pages ingame, in out of game profiles moderators have their unique alias listed beside their account name. Simply browse up their kingdom and territory on the messenger screen (for ingame) or their profile (for out of game boards) and send them your query. These individuals will attempt to help you with whatever issue you may be facing, or pass your message onto someone who can.
